Work for The Setonian

Over my four years at Seton Hall, I’ve gotten the chance to write for and be a part of the editorial board for the campus newspaper, The Setonian. Transitioning from a standard staff writer (08/2016 – 05/2020) to the eventual sports section copy editor (05/2018 – 05/2020), I was able to fine-tune both my writing and editing skills.

Below is a sample of some of my notable work, with a link to the full archive of my posts at the bottom. In my time with The Setonian, I was able to interview and write on players and coaches from all official Seton Hall sports. Most notably, for the 2018-19 season and 2019-20 season, I was on the beat for the nationally ranked Seton Hall Pirates basketball team. This experience allowed me press access alongside some of the tri-state area giants of sports writing, as well as a chance to sit through press conferences of players and coaches, including Patrick Ewing, Tom Izzo, Kevin Willard, Jay Wright and more.

Feel free to click any link below in order to see my work. Above the dotted line are profile pieces on seasonal events or player achievements. Below the dotted line are game recaps and pieces from the aforementioned season.
